Abayomi Adeola Della is an Entrepreneur, Product Manager and Social Workers who is so interested in the progress of Education in Africa and loves to drive people into their highest potentials.
She has keen interest in volunteering, children, education and community development and so she runs an NGO— The Dellasdiary Foundation where she trains and nurtures children and youths to create change across the SDGs.
She has impacted the lives of over 30,000 people— old and young and still seeks to impact the world with her knowledge and wisdom.
Adeola Abayomi has over 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development.
Currently, Adeola Abayomi is a Business Developer at Kolo Nigeria, where she focuses on creating business frameworks based on Marketing and Communications.
She builds women in God through word and prayer to be trained for their unique positions in kingdom work, and also studies for a bachelor’s degree in Law in Obafemi Awolowo University.
She was a fellow of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and was trained for leadership, critical thinking and problem solving and is currently a fellow of Women Techsters at Tech4Dev where she’s building a career in Product Management.
She has delivered speeches, lectures and opinions at the Skill Craft Advance Learning and Education under Desh Bhaget University, India and Liverpool John Moores University, UK and UCAM in Spain, including The Tribune Newspaper in Nigeria, Greena FM in Ghana to mention a few.

On Sunday, 23rd August, Life coach, Adeola Abayomi Della hosted children of the Covenant Orphanage Home to a party in celebration of her 22nd birthday.
The party which held following the COVID-19 guidelines was sponsored by friends and family to ensure that the children, who have been at the home since the pandemic, were brought under an atmosphere of love and extreme happiness.
According to her, the promotion of love and sharing culture amongst individuals has dropped in recent times, especially as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the reason why she organised a party for the home, giving gifts and food items.
For her, it has always been about social impact, it’s always been about seeing children live their best through great mentorship, through good guidance and looking at the fact that children can be very manipulative a lot of times.
According to her, it has always been so great to train youths to come up with solutions that will guide global problems and also help them be independent as social change makers to be able to even take care of children around them.
Abayomi Adeola Della is a firm believer in growth; therefore, she leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of growth in her personal life, career, and in the lives of all those she can reach.
As a Life and Business Coach, She has a vision to see people grow individually and collectively in their lives and businesses. She fulfills this vision through authoring, blogging, content creation, and coaching programs.
Adeola is also a product manager and a fellow of Women Techsters at Tech4Dev, where she continuously improves her Product Management skills. Furthermore, she is a product manager at Wema Bank, responsible for creating people-centered products. She possesses over four years of experience in digital marketing and business development and has completed an MBA Grade Programme for Visionaries at Visionary Compass Accelerator Program.
Adeola has always been passionate about volunteering, children, education, and community development. Those passions led her to create the Dellasdiary Foundation, where she trains and nurtures children and youth to create change across the SDGs. Additionally, she has launched an Education Fund to provide capital and skill development to children and youth.
As a public speaker, Adeola has addressed the Desh Bhaget University, India, Liverpool John Moores University, the UCAM in Spain, The Tribune Newspaper, Nigeria, and Greena FM, Ghana, among other institutions. She also hosts a personal and professional development workshop themed "Becoming More With Della" across various states in Nigeria. She has impacted the lives of over 30,000 people— old and young and still seeks to impact the world with her knowledge and wisdom.
Adeola is also a minister of the gospel who equips men and women for kingdom work through the scriptures and prayer. In addition, she was recently led to start The Waterside Ministry to help people grow in communion with the Father.
Adeola is the recipient of several awards and recognitions, including being named to Leading Ladies Africa Spotlight for Impact. She also recently finished her LLB program at Obafemi Awolowo University. Furthermore, she serves as a Consultant in the Multi-stakeholders' process initiated by The National Human Rights Commission, The Nigerian Police Force, and The Police Service Commission and Non-state actors in 2021.
Dedicated to her mission of igniting growth in others, Adeola is looking forward to connecting with children between the ages of 4-17 to provide quality education and mentorship. She is also looking to work on teams developing technological solutions for various industries while also helping men and women grow spiritually and personally.
Adeola Abayomi Della has some mentors who have really caused great change for her and have really transformed her to who she has become in the past couple of years. Her mother, Mrs Ibukun Awosika, and Debola Deji Kurunmi.
She says:
“For everyone out there, I just want them to believe that there’s someone deep inside of themselves that they haven’t discovered but at the time that they have the conviction, at the time that they have a believe in who they are, it gives them a deeper sense of understanding of themselves and also the way they see the world. It changes their heart posture and how they perceive things and approach problems, understanding that they can be indispensable”.
