Meet Nigerian Hilda Baci Bassey, who's set to break Guinness World Record

Hilda Bassey Effiong, popularly known as Hilda Baci, is a young Nigerian chef from Nsit Ubium LGA in Akwa Ibom State, She owns a food brand in Lagos called My Food by Hilda and is 27 years of age.

Hilda Baci, a Lagos-based restauranteur, is currently trending as she attempts to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking by an individual 

The 27-year-old who engaged in a cooking marathon in order to break the record currently held by Indian chef Lata Tandon.

Born on 20th September, 1995, Hilda Baci is a renowned foodpreneur. She attended Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

According to her, her cooking career was influenced by her mother. She has held different cooking shows on TV.

Before she opened her own food company she worked as a divisional manager in a breakfast company in Lagos.

Hilda Baci began her breakfast Restaurant, My Food by Hilda in February 2020 during the lockdown period. Ever since the company has experienced huge growth because of the impact she is making with her Team.
